fix(ansible): DISPLAY und XAUTHORITY im morz-agent-Service setzen

scrot braucht X11-Zugang für Screenshots. Der systemd-Service hatte
keine DISPLAY-Variable, weshalb alle Screenshot-Versuche fehlschlugen.
